Did anyone see this in a theater?

I worked in a movie theater back in 1995 and the trailer for this movie would play over and over again in the lobby. (I can still remember it word for word) We kept waiting for it to get released into theaters but it never showed in my city. At the time there were only three theaters all run by United Artist and they wouldn't run anything they considered "independent". Later our local Blockbuster carried three copies for rental and it took months to finally get to rent it. I'm curious if anyone remembers seeing this playing at one of their local theaters.

I did see it in theaters. In St. Louis, MO there was a small, two screen theater called the Kirkwood Theater and it played there. It was the same place that ran movies like Clerks, Go Fish, Radio Inside, Lost Highway, etc. and had cool things like the Spike and Mike Sick & Twisted Festival of Animation. It didn't hit the local AMC or Wehrenberg theaters, but Kirkwood Theater ran it.

To think that it has an all-star cast, but many of them were unknown then.

I remember seeing the trailer before some other movie, but then I don't remember it actually coming out
