was my summary. Movies that led upto this were, The Cottage, Severance, Nobel Son and The last Supper. In light of the mentioned this was purely a lame *** movie.

Just wanted to add, though I did not love this one, La Communidad and El crimen Ferpecto is just spectacular. Maybe in 1995 he was a budding director.

Life can be a comedy or a tragedy, it all depends on how you look at it.

Then you clearly haven't seen THE LAST CIRCUS. Watching this movie after that one was a relief! See, if it had been the otehr way around, I would've been even more dissapointed. And if I had just watched that one, I wouldn't have never understood why Alex De La Iglesia is considered a great director.
