Haven't seen the movie yet, but I heard there was a part were a guy gets his "ahem" cut off.... what's the circumcison...I mean circumstances surrounding it?

That's Jordan. These people keep saying they recognize/used to date his girlfriend and that she walked out on them, and one of them is this insane neo-Nazi guy who tracks them to this warehouse type place. So it's because of his girlfriend and maybe also because he's in bed naked with this other guy when they show up, not doing anything (well, they were having a threesome before that but with the girl in the middle) but about to when the neo-Nazi and his friends show up. So they grab him and castrate him!
It's not too explicit, although I imagine I might find it more disturbing if I had a penis. You just see bloody shears and see/hear screaming.

WRONG. Skinny Puppy does appear in the film but they're not the nazi guys at the end. They are the hooligans who attack Red at the beginning when we see him for the first time in the movie. It's just a short cameo and only Ogre (the band's singer) has one line of dialogue. 'Wake up sucker, it's time to die!' cEvin Key (the other founding member of the band) actually got injured during their scene when he falls to the ground.
