Differences between edited and uncut versions.

I have seen a 76\77 minutes version, probably because of the PAL conversion (I'm from Italy), but I'm not sure it was totally uncut.
I thought this because I didn't notice the castration and feeding in the last scene, the flashing lights have probably confused me, but I should have caught at least a glimpse of the castration\feeding everywhere described!

Just tell me the differences between the two versions... :0

The uncut version should be about 82 minutes in PAL, shouldn't it?

the version i downloaded was 83 minutes. does the conversion change the time somehow?
