They Started Selling this DVD at Hot Topic

I work there thats Kind of Wired oh well its a fun movie to watch and no I dont think its verry good.

reply

I love this post. First of all what exactly is a "wired" movie? I believe it's spelled weird. Next you say its fun to watch and no i dont think its very good.
What was the purpose of this post. I dont mean to be a dick or anything, but dont think you post has a point.

But hey, looking at your name, it appears you are a skater. Mad props, i've filmed a few skateboard films and skate myself, keep on skating!

Oh, and Hot Topic sucks. Not that i dont like the culture or anything but its always filled with preteens and their parents buying stuff to make them look "cool". Also many of the people that shop there claim to be independent and against conformity, when in reality they are buying right into the system.

If you like shopping at Hot Topic, good for you, once in a while they'll have a cool T shirt or something, im just voicing my opinion that its a store for posers.

WATCH "I WAS A TEENAGE ZOMBIE" Excellent B horror/comedy!

now all the little emo/scenester/freak/goth jerkoff kids are going to start killing people !

reply

Okay... Hot Topic has changed too much. It used to be about gothic *beep* and metal. Now its all about scene/emo. I still shop there for shirts and occasionally CDs. Plus, the people that work there are nice.

But, good job with all your labelling. No one's a poser. You are who you are. You dress how you want to dress. It doesn't make you a poser.

And, I noticed people were telling where they got this movie. I got my copy at Movie Trading Co. today lol. It's such a bad movie. It's enjoyable as hell but.. bad. It's one of those movies that I enjoy, not because it's good, but because I know I shouldn't be watching it.

reply

huh, i haven't been in there for 14 years. sad to hear.

reply

i don't recall Hot Topic EVER having any "goth" attire or anything, really. A few years ago i went in there and asked if they had any Christian Death or Sex Gang Children stuff and the workers just looked at me like i was crazy.

This is my favorite sad story. Forget me not, or I'll forget myself...

I found this wonderful film at a shop in Arlington, tx for 6 bucks, lots of copies. so, keep looking in those Movie trading co.'s and mom & pop video stores.

Shop smart, shop S-MART, YOU GOT THAT???!!!???!!??!!?

Holy crap! Where in Arlington? I have this movie on VHS which I bought back in '99 from that overpriced movie place at the Parks Mall (which coincidentally went out of business like that same year). I would love to replace with a dvd on the cheap.

So this post's real intent was to find a way to proudly announce that the OP works at Hot Topic... A place most wouldn't go even at gun point but he's 16 and had told everyone at school already and dressed liked a douche no doubt. So it's 9 years later now and our little prepubescent punk-n-sheep is now unemployed and still under the impression that he was the *beep* in his group of 5 back then while the rest of the school laughed and F'd with his car all the time... His mom is sick of him being baked all day so he's getting a landscaping job through a friend of his stepdad who's a Joe Dirt look alike after his mom begged him.... He's kicking it today, watching this movie still not liking it, sending out the last $20.00 to his name to a place he found online that promises he can get a cruise ship job with their kit figuring he can live on board free even though he lives in Minnesota and he's long ago crashed his car and only had liability.... But He sure misses those Hot Topic days.. Good times..

Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man....
