DVD Release?

I watched this off of Netflix and really liked it, I know its a lesser quality version of Robocop, but it was fun to watch. I looked for it on DVD and have only found it being sold for unreasonably high prices, making me feel like it is out of print. Does anyone know if it'll be released again? I will record it off of Netflix onto VHS, but I would like to have it on DVD

U.S. release is around $20 and Canadian is around $15. Both are taken from the same print.
