A teenage boy sits in a bath filled with water to escape the bees but is worried that the bees try to get in his snorkel?

At which point does he say or imply that he is worried about them getting in his snorkel? I watched this pile of crap last night, he just gets straight out of the bath and follows his dad down to the basement.

I also have a question, but not concerning the plot. I remember watching a killer bee tv movie in the early or mid-90s and that it ended with a warning about how many years it would be before killer bees spread throughout the United States. I don't remember the story at all, just the warning at the end. Does this one end that way?

Yes. The films starts with a warning and ends with one, saying the bees could be here (Californa) within a year.
