"He didn't knock." (spoilers)

It's pretty messed up that the principal sent Emilio away just because he didn't knock. He could have just told Emilio to knock next time. He had no right to send him away, assuming what he had to say wasn't important. You can teach someone good manners without being rude yourself. Of course, it's especially terrible considering what happened to Emilio.

I know this is based on a true story, but I hope that's one of the (many) parts that the writers made up and didn't actually happen.

Luanne should have went to the news about it. That guy would be fired or "I've decided to resign"

I agree!

the sad part... my principal allows irate parents to burst into the office and go directly to her regarding ANY problem and she pacifies them and takes their side no matter what their insane request is!

Emilio's death should have been on him. he should have been held responsible for that.

and I can say this.... some people don't believe they are being rude.

Reading the paper can really be depressing. Mr. Dithers fired Dagwood again.

Yeah that part was f#cked

It made me cry. That Principal should have cared more about the students reasoning than their manners. They were innercity kids anyway. Every other word out of their mouth was a swear.

Did he really think Emilio would have willingly gone to his office and ask him for help if it wasn't his last option? The Principal should have realised.
