Will air commercial free in May/June 2012 on cable

I'm not sure how many imdb users will find their way to this post, however please be advised that for the first time in a long time, "Daisies in December" will air on cable tv w/o commercial interruption.

The next showing will be on The Movie Channel - Tuesday, May 22nd from 6 AM to 7:40 AM.

If The Movie Channel is not available to you in your cable tv package, then check local listings in June for its airing on Showtime (just check the correct Showtime listing because there are subdivisions within Showtime).

You won't be sorry if you have already seen this film to give it another viewing and if you have never seen the film, see for yourself what other posters have written and raved about. It did win the Cable ACE award for Best Screenplay for 1995 - the year that it was released. It's well worth your time.

I saw it on one of my movie channels a while back and have seen it in passing since then. What a wonderful, touching movie! My Granny died three days ago - her memorial service was today - and my Grampa is just heartbroken. They were married when they were 19 and celebrated their 66th anniversary last month. He wants to join her, and that makes me so sad.
