singer in the park

can anybody name the singer in the park. it's the scene where tony leung chiu wai and tran nu yen-ke are sitting holding each other on a bench, and in the storyline there is still hope that they could have a realy relationship. it's just a beautiful scene. anyways, the singer has a powerful voice much like that of phuong thanh, and looks similar, but i don't think its her. any help would be appreciated.
