Those are the only ones really off the top of my head right now...

I just saw "The Cure" for the first time since I was a kid, myself (I am more or less the same age as Brad Renfro) and it choked me up again. Wow. I didn't cry like I did as a kid, but it was a sad movie. Most of the movies I liked as a kid haven't withstood the test of time.

Hey there!

I remember seeing a movie just like this one when I was a kid, I can't remember the name of it, I so thought I had found it when I stumbled across this one but I'm not sure it is it. It involved two boys (brothers?) one is sick quite bad. The older one is making them run away for some reason, I think to find a cure. But I remember it being darker than this one. The only scene I remember is that they are on a bus/train and one of them has a sore tooth and bites of foil to help it which causes a lot of pain or something like that. Gah, is that this movie or another? Let me know if you have any ideas :)

That sounds like Josh and S.A.M.

Neither brother in that movie was sick, but two brothers ran away from home because the older brother was tired of being treated like crap by his dad's new step-kids. He convinced his younger brother he was a robot and convinced him to chew a piece of tinfoil telling him if it hurt, then he was really a robot.

"Our cows make a decent living wage, so please, no tipping."
