Why didn't Russia or the US + Allies work with each other?

You would think after Radchenko restored the USSR and declared war on Russia they'd be working together to get rid of him and his hardline loyalists. Could share intel with one another and such. Instead the US just formed a coalition with Japan, France, United Kingdom and the European Federation against USSR + India + China.
