He didn't want to let go of those donuts.


I know cops like donuts but he would still be alive if he let go of those donuts.Drop the damn donut box and get the gun. Everyone just stood there after the guy was shot in the shoulder.

...Or get out of the damn way! But he just stood there with his donut box with a goofy grin on his face and paid the ultimate price. Very contrived and unrealistic IMO.

Yep, he was drooling over a dozen fresh, original glazed and was intent on protecting them with his life.

It was actually a smart move of him. He knew that if he dropped the donuts the sound of the box hitting the floor could startle the perp holding the gun to his head and the perp might've accidentally pulled the trigger and blown his head off.
