Now here's the pinch of trivia: I worked as a speciality extra on this film that was shot in Alberta, Canada. During filming some of the rodeo scenes, a bus-load of the crowd extras hopped on their bus & returned to the city due to bad weather. So we, the prisoners, re-dressed in regular clothing and sat in the crowd seats.. we still needed more audience so John Voight jumped into the stands and sat beside me.. Unless it's been cut from the film (which I doubt), you can likely frame-by-frame the rodeo scenes (when it's raining) and see Voight in the stands watching himself ride in the rodeo. LOL !!
