reply

Do you still have copies of The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes with Kirk Cameron on dvd?

reply

As much as all the left wing commie goons in Hollywood hate Christians, I'm surprised they gave Kirk a role in the movie. Usually, they're only interested in burning Christians at the stake.

reply

Like who?

reply

Start with every one of the stupid Hollywood morons who voted for and support that scumbag Obama.

reply

I mean, which Christians are they burning at the stake? Name one please.

Start with all the hate posts against Mel Gibson by left wing atheists just on the imdb site. They started hating him when he came out with his movie about Christ. Kirk Cameron is hated by left wing atheists, mainly because he's an outspoken Christian. Tim Tebow was drummed out of the NFL because he's another outspoken Christian. He won the Heisman Trophy as a college quarterback and then proceeded to lead Denver to the second round of the playoffs his rookie year. But the left wing media constantly ridiculed and insulted him acting as if he didn't have the talent to quarterback a high school team. And of course the NFL ownership who is just as far to the left as the media felt the same way. It doesn't take much to see what's going on in this country. Hollywood, academia and the govt., especially the feds have pretty much declared war on anybody who's Christian or anywhere politically to the right of Lenin or Mao. If you can't see it you're either blind or refuse to admit to reality.

Mel Gibson... They started hating him when he came out with his movie about Christ.

I recall the start of the media giving him grief being his drunken rant on how Jews are ruining the world. As far as people on IMDb, who cares? There is someone on every single person's page hating them for something.
Kirk Cameron is hated by left wing atheists, mainly because he's an outspoken Christian

The Kirk Cameron hate stems from a couple things, and not just an ambiguous, "He's Christian, so we hate him." For one, when he became very devout, he was really arrogant and elitist about it. He alienated and pushed his colleagues away, making sure to tell them they were not on his level. He had the girl who played his girlfriend on Growing Pains fired because he didn't care for her lifestyle. The other thing, more recently, was an interview in which he said that homosexuality is unnatural and ultimately destructive. You can chalk that up to being "outspoken" or you could empathize with other human beings and see how that can be taken as offensive. People being offended usually instigates defensiveness and slander.
Tim Tebow was drummed out of the NFL because he's another outspoken Christian.

What a stretch! He's a free agent because his stats aren't good enough to be picked up by a team. "Tebow has appeared in 35 games in his career and has started 14 at quarterback. In that time, he has completed only 47.9 percent of his passes, which is not enough to hack it in the NFL." Tebow still has a HUGE fan base, the majority of people really like him and respect him and his faith. There are posts about his good samaritan work all the time.

If Hollywood is waging war on devout Christians, then explain the success of people like Tyler Perry, Denzel Washington, John Corbett, and Tom Hanks. Kirk Cameron's sister, Candace Cameron, is just as outspoken about her faith. Only she talks about what is great about Christianity and what it has given her, not what's wrong with everyone else who is not Christian. There's the difference.

reply

About Gibson you're wrong. They started on him as soon as he came out with that movie about the crucifixion of Christ because it was honest enough to show those Jews screaming for him to be crucified. Your comments on Cameron aren't even worth a reply. Just admit that you're another left wing atheist bigot and be done with it instead of phony excuses. Tebow is not only a Christian, he's also a conservative white southerner and was popular with the fans, especially in the SEC which really has the media and the NFL hierarchy wanting him out of sight and out of mind. Forget that he won the Heisman and led Denver to the playoffs his rookie season. They've decided they want him out of the way and that's that. But then I've never come across a left wing liberal atheist yet who admits their hatred and bigotry although it's so obvious.

reply

You're just wrong. The only person doing any name calling is you. You're the one with the chip on your shoulder, shouting "the world is against me and anyone like me!" Boo hoo. Quit letting Rush Limbaugh tell you what the "liberals, loony left, etc." are doing to Christians and Christianity. You sound so stupid. And you made no valid point or argument to anything I said.

Your comments on Cameron aren't even worth a reply

Yeah. Because everything I said is legit and there's no counter. So you resort to.. "you must just be (insert liberal slanderous term)!" Get over yourself pal. Within every single race, denomination, and ethnicity there's always someone saying, "There's a war against my kind." And to think that these rich, white Christians that you've named need anyone's sympathy is deplorable. Open your eyes and look past your ego. Try to empathize, do something. You're argument is dumb.
