My wife and I loved this movie. We love the British theme, the era, and the comedy interwoven.
But it seems like movies like this are hard to come by. Anyone have some suggestions of other similar movies that we can check out?
But note: Even though it seems like an obvious choice, most of major the Jane Austin movies have been a little slow for us.
My Family and Other Animals, about the Durrell family. Thirties, funny, crazy. Great atmosphere.
Not the same era, but hilarious and pretty stunning is "A History of Tom Jones, Foundling" with Brian Blessed, Max Beesley and Samantha Morton. Brilliant.

A film called 'Sir Henry of Rawlinson End' (1980) might appeal to you. It's about an eccentric lord with a bunch of mad family members and servants.
