Undubbed, unsubbed part?

In the VHS version as well as the DVD version, there's one part where they don't translate the dialogue. It's when One and Miette are sneaking into the Cyclopes meeting and they encounter the one named Brutus, and One wears the eyepiece to pose as a Cyclops and he and Brutus have an exchange.

It isn't subtitled nor is it dubbed in the English version. At first I thought it was a repeat of the Latin (?) password the Cyclopes used at the entrance, but upon rewatching the film it doesn't sound the same.

Brutus asks One a question, and he replies, and Brutus seems satisfied and walks off. So does anyone know what One and Brutus say to each other?
