How did Amelia die

Even though the film didn't mention how she died but I am guessing it was natural causes.

All the movie says is that Amelia's death was sudden and unexpected. So if it was natural causes I'd have to guess an aneurysm or an acute illness.

I have also always assumed that it was a car accident.
