Although I'm not a huge fan of the Candyman franchise, I still think that Kelly Rowan put in an outstanding performance. Considering what she had to work with, I think she did an excellent job. By the way...you can also see her in 'The Gate' a supernatural thriller from 1986 starring Stephen Dorff.

She never looked better than in this film.

The best look she's had was in 'The Truth About Jane'. She had short hair. Looked gorgeous! If you're looking for a good Kelly Rowan film, watch that one. She's great in it.
