candyman is quite possibly the scariest film i have ever seen, it was so tense and the story made it believable because the tense moments were realistic, e.g the whole room behind the bathroom cabinet (based on urban myth) this just seemed too horror movie-ish, and had none of the intensity that the original did, anyone else agree with me?

Yes the first Candyman is brilliant, but the 2nd isn't put together nearly as well. They tried to use most of the exact same music as the first and it just didn't fit well to me.
