the most annoying film ever made

ever

Strongest, most logical post made...ever!

i have to agree.it was like watching a 90 minute McDonald's commercial.i can't believe that there are people out there that liked it.oh,and ANYTHING with Paul Reiser in it is bound to be annoying.

reply

Roger Ebert would probably agree with you. He thought McDonald's was bankrolling the whole film and thought it was shameless product placement.

It was a great film and I would rather see Mcdonalds than Quackiw quacks.

who cares if it was filmed in McDonald's? It's a GREAT movie. It's so funny and realistic and just an overall feel good movie. I think it's quite realistic on how it deals with divorce. It's one of my faves. Great songs in it too.

I wish I knew how to quit you-BBM

lol.

At the time the McDonald's thing was realistic in a small town. It was the place teens hung out on Friday night. It was where everyone met for lunch after church on Sunday. And it was neutral ground to drop off your kids.

Josh:It looked like you wanted to hug me.
Leo:Oh, man, did you read that wrong.

It's just not very good.

1)Way too much McDonalds.

2)Rob Reiner was annoying.

3)Had a sitcom feel to it in many scenes.

4)Characters weren't likeable

Like a bad version of Parenthood.

reply

Apparently the OP has never seen Ron Howard's film 'Parenthood'. Now that was annoying! I thought this film was tens times better!

Sheldon:"Was the starfish wearing boxer shorts? Because you might have been watching Nickelodeon."

As I've said before in these pages; people who make absolute statements are idiots. Ever? Right...jeez

reply

This is probably a very late post but I feel sorry for you people that only got a Mcdonalds commercial out of this, it's a very good film that may help to be divorced to like it or at the very least if you have feelings of any kind you may just understand it. In case some of you geniuses can't figure it out there is product placement in every film out there. At least this was in the movie for a reason.

I agree. Super corny, clichés , the stupid way the McDonald's was the meeting place. It was like a two hour "Dockers" commercial. They thought they were making some kind of modern divorce story that everyone who has been through it can relate to. Yuck. Plus I can't take too much Paul Reiser. The dumb updates at the end, letting us know how the future worked out for a bunch of fictional characters was SUPER LAME. If you liked this you'll love Hallmark movies.

reply

Yes! I couldn't stand this movie!

what's with all the guys having dockers pants addiction?
