Is this a first date kind of film?

In 1995, I started seeing someone, and for a first date - not knowing anything about it - we went to see this at the local independent screen. Fair to say it might not have been my choice of evening out if I'd known a bit more about it. Possible awkwardness increased by an odd friend coming and sitting right next to us in an otherwise empty cinema and pretending he hadn't known it was us.

So is it suitable first date material? Well, we're still together, and have a daughter now, so I guess it is. Who knew!
