Do we find out how Robin acquired the AIDS virus? Does she say how she got it?
shareShe mentions in the beginning about a bartender she used to "go home" with, so we're left to assume he gave it to her.
shareThere aren't a lot of choices, so she either got it as an STD, did IV drugs, or had a bad blood transfusion. I didn't hear anything specific mentioned, but I don't think she did drugs and she never mentioned needing blood. I believe we are to assume she got it through casual, unprotected sex.
shareYeah, that's what I think too, and it's the one thing that I find hard to sympathize with, as the whole desease was completely avoidable! And the guy who gave it to her should have been made to pay!
