I love her too lol. Veronica was more traditionally hot, but Ms. Lippy was like a relaxed hippie chick. I think he was just annoyed that she embarrassed the crap out of him when he was talking with the boy in his class' mom ("Billy, you forgot your stuff!") which might explain why he never flirted with her.
