When Eric throws the remote and puts his secretary in a coma. What a bizarre scene. It definitely wasn't comedic, in fact I found it a little dark, and it didn't add anything to the movie. What was the point of this scene?
shareWhile I don't think it was intentional for Eric to throw the remote at the secretary I do feel he was going mad and not functioning very well, that was the scene where I really started to hate Eric, while Eric was a douche prior to that scene at least he wasn't such a hateable character in the first half of the movie.
