shareYou know every time I watch this movie I get laughs out of that goalie boy having those strange visions of the other teams. I have to say that since the first team they play agaist is also the ones they have to beat in the campionship game it is a great thing when that goalie boy fights agaist the crazy vision and makes the boy on the other team see him as an indian. I think this movie needs to have a reunion movie made after all these years.
sharethe one thing i didn't get is why didn't this coach give the players more time to learn about soccer before the actual game started. i meen they need to have more practice before the first game. and the way these kids showed it in the beginning of the movie that practice they had was not good enough and having just one day of practice is not good at all. they need more time to learn. although they had more time all the way to the ending which was really good. but before hand they should have had more practice before the first game. because they didn't thats why they loss their first game.
shareThe reason they only had that one day of practice is both that teacher and that law man who were training them did not know that the school soccer season had already started and that is why they just had such a short time to try to train the kids.
