i loved this movie ssooo much. I love soccer movies. I actually thought this was better than bend it like beckham.

I used to watch the big green day after day after day...and then I got another movie. Thats what I do...I buy a movie and I watch it every day for like 2 weeks, and then I buy another one. It's fun. And what's even more fun is shelving a movie for like a year, and then going back to watch it once more. It's a great experience.

I like the movie, but I haven't watched it in a LONG time.
I still think that Thomas Haden Church should have played the police officer. He is from Texas, after all.

Good Lord, that's long. How long did that take? Seriously, you should be published.

I saw the Big Green in fourth grade, so I naturally thought it was the best movie ever. Living in Portugal at the time, I could identify with the fat kid accidentilly stepping in cow poo. I think the hallucination/ninja scene was most likely the inspiration for Shaolin Soccer.

This movie is awesome, I watch it every time it's on TV.

Soccer - The Big Green
Baseball - The Sandlot
Football - Little Giants
Hockey - The Mighty Ducks

Kids' sports movies in the 90's... awesome.
