definitely not flattering look for arquette

The point of her look as that she is not a vava voom sexpot in this. She is a depressed doctor who has lost her husband and son. her look is appropriate. She is also sturdy here, giving a convincing physicality to the role which clearly required a lot of physical and emotional strength.

Since this subject is superficial, here is a superficial comment:

The dark hair brings out her green eyes and the limited makeup lets her true freckly complexion shine through. She looks naturally beautiful.

I thought this was Arquette's best work. And she looked great for someone on the run from an army in the tropics.
