Arquette sank this

God, she was terrible. Painfully horrible. Her line readings were abysmal, like a retarded illiterate fourth grader at the Christmas pageant.

I thought she was pretty bad too. I get that she was supposed to be grief-stricken & numb, but she delivers the lines terribly! She even cries unconvincingly.

She's not a very good actress, period.

But like most bad actors, she has ONE really good performance.

Patricia's is Wildflower. She was phenomenal there as "Alice".

I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.
Didn't he discover America?
Penfold, shush.

Sank is an understatement. Hers is one of the worst performances ever recorded by a "major" actress in a major film. What the he'll was John Bohrman thinking?
She's marginally better on the small screen and that is no compliment to the small screen.

I actually appreciated her performance here, as she was not hysterical or over the top. I felt her character being shut down worked very well here, and she did a great job showing that.

Arquette has had many amazing performances...and now she of course has won every supporting actress award known to man in 2015 for Boyhood, including the Oscar. Well deserved.
