Why the R rating?
I don't quite get why this film was rated R. There's no violence or nudity, I only noticed two expletives, there's quite a bit of smoking and drinking and a little bit of sexual situations/dialogue. It should have been a PG-13 movie easily. Kids under thirteen (especially today's kids) might be bored by this, but aren't ratings more for responsible parents who want to prevent their kids from seeing the "objectionable" content of the kind mentioned above? I was aware in 1995, and I don't think standards were that much different. Anybody have any ideas?
