Which beastmaster movie had them fighting off the zombies from dawn of the dead?

None. The three Beastmaster movies don't feature zombies. The closest thing however would be death lords, but they're more like mindless, muscular, shirtless berserkers armed with spiky gauntlets and helmets with green glowing eyes. They only appear in the first movie though and are not that zombie-ish so I don't think they're what you have in mind.
