What if "Batman Forever" was made in the 1960s w/ Adam West?

I guess by default since he's voicing Two-Face in the new animated movie, William Shatner would be Harvey Dent (since Two-Face never actually appeared in the 1966 Batman series on grounds that he was "too gruesome") alongside Frank Gorshin's Riddler. The only key answer now is who would play Chase Meridian?
