leo nailed the junkie talk

When leo was talking to his mother when he tried heroin for the first time he got it exactly right. I never went further than ecstasy but i talked exactly the same way everytime. And its really hard to talk that way when youre not high. Seriously RESPECT great movie. If it wasnt for requiem for a dream this would be my favourite.

Let's face it, he nailed the whole movie. How he hasn't won an oscar yet is beyond me.

Agreed!

Not all great actors get an oscar, however all actors who have an oscar are great.

Leo should have 5 Oscars and Scorcese 9 imo....

Totally agreed! The only part he's ever played that I didn't think was much cop was Jack Dawson but I think this is down to direction rather than him... He's ******* superb! One of my favourite all time actors

Agreed yet again. DiCaprio is the best actor today. His filmography is a showcase of awesome performances.

I don't remember ever talking to anyone differently on opiates, just a lot more positive and talkative and open-minded. Maybe heroin is different I doubt it though. But he nailed the withdrawal. Trainspotting did a good job explaining it but this movie puts it into a good picture. I mean you can't film that same thing for 5 days straight but it gives the viewer an idea for those who think it's just a bad flu.

Oxy and Heroin make you have a, idk, RASPY voice as you are coming down. I used Opiates for a Decade and my voice would get incredibly deep and scrawly. Girls actually liked it, although it becomes very annoying after you jabber jaw for hours. He definitely nailed it.
