When leo was talking to his mother when he tried heroin for the first time he got it exactly right. I never went further than ecstasy but i talked exactly the same way everytime. And its really hard to talk that way when youre not high. Seriously RESPECT great movie. If it wasnt for requiem for a dream this would be my favourite.

shareI don't remember ever talking to anyone differently on opiates, just a lot more positive and talkative and open-minded. Maybe heroin is different I doubt it though. But he nailed the withdrawal. Trainspotting did a good job explaining it but this movie puts it into a good picture. I mean you can't film that same thing for 5 days straight but it gives the viewer an idea for those who think it's just a bad flu.
shareOxy and Heroin make you have a, idk, RASPY voice as you are coming down. I used Opiates for a Decade and my voice would get incredibly deep and scrawly. Girls actually liked it, although it becomes very annoying after you jabber jaw for hours. He definitely nailed it.
