I've always maintained that CA:FT is one of the worst sequels in recent memory. Nowhere near as fun as the first film, and from memory they made such a big deal about Demi Moore being in it (they labelled it her "great big comeback"!), and in the end her inclusion didn't really make a lick of difference.
Bad Boys 2 was completely overblown not just because of it's running time or budget, but the story was so incredibly dragged out that I've found it hard to watch even a second time.
However, had they cut maybe 30-40 minutes out of it (which could have been done), it could have been a great sequel.
"Full Throttle" is certainly the worst of the two films you've listed.
Unless you've seen "Going Overboard", you have no right to start a thread called "Worst Film Ever"!
