shareI have wondered that myself!!!
"A wedding! I love weddings! Drinks all around!"
And by the way do you think if it would be better if Tom was Barefoot through out the whole Movie?
shareWHAT IS THE OBSESSION YOU HAVE WITH FEET????
I think Mandy went to sleep. Simon or Slimon Cowell, American Idol.
Tom had shoes in the book. Shoes were a sign that you had enough money for them, so aunt Polly would have made Tom wear shoes. The whole loosing the shoe, then having it again was probably just a blooper.
"There are no happy endings, because nothing ends." - Schmendrick the Magician
Tom certainly had shoes in the book, but he did NOT like to wear them and usually didn't. There is a scene in the book where Tom's cousin Mary is dressing him for church and when she gets out the shoes Tom gets very angry. Also, when he first starts showing off in front of Becky Thatcher's house, he picks up her flower with this bare foot.
shareSupposedly Jonathan Taylor Thomas insisted that the character wear shoes throughout the movie, but Brad Renfro had no problem with it.
"What kind of scary ass clowns came to your birthday party?"
Sounds like a goof to me, and hey it might be in the goofs section for this movie, not that I really notice goofs they are mentioned for each film, if they are mentioned, but there are goofs they happen in films, whether you notice them or not.
