One of the BEST films I have EVER seen...

and I've seen A LOT! Just wanted to throw that out there...

This film is incredible in every possible sense of the word and it should serve as a reminder to us all that film is first and foremost an art form... it's not just about the money (though with the state of Hollywood these days you wouldn't know it)... and this film is an absolutely beautiful work of art.

If you haven't seen it I highly recommend you go out and rent it right now!

Definitely underrated. I rented it because I like vampire movies but then liked the philosophy angle even more.

I'd consider it one of the most important movies I've ever seen. I just caught it doing a search through the movie channels one day and watched it (never heard of it before) because I'm a Lili Taylor fan.

I felt this way, too, about halfway through. This movie is amazing on a lot of levels.
