WTF? This always throws me when I see the DVD. Who are these kids? Certainly not the actors in the film.

I noticed that as well, I think it may be the kids form the 3 Ninjas Mega Mountain movie. On the chapter intro screen for the first 3 Ninjas Film it has a picture of all three kids but one of them looks different as well.

I think the kick back has a different tum tum as well.

It does, the actors playing Tum Tum and Rocky were different in Kick back.

no, different to the actual actor in Kick Back. But looking at it now, I think perhaps the kid was just making a face so it made him look different, and they color treated the poster to make him look more tanned, whereas tum tum was quite white.
