I think this is the movie (or is is the first one?) where they face those bullys by playing basketball.
This part pissed me off when I was a kid. It made me hate Rocky. I sided with Colt. Those guys needed a kick in the face.

This is from 5 years ago dont even know why im responding but I will. The scene your talking about is in the original movie 3 Ninjas.

That scene is in the first one. The movie is now on Amazon.
