Two episodes missing from Netflix

So, I'm doing a usual Xena/Hercules rewatch and, upon watching Hercules, I realized that they dropped the modern day clip episode from season four (and the one from season five). Just to double check, I looked at the Xena episodes and realized they dropped two episodes from season five: Lyre, Lyre and Antony and Cleopatra.

I have a feeling the reason those were dropped (from Xena) was because of music rights as both of those episodes feature contemporary music (though mostly covers in the former). So, I'm also curious if they dropped the two Hercules episodes for the same reason (since they take place in modern times, they could possibly be playing real music in a scene). I'm about to watch to find out, but did anyone else notice this already?

I actually rewatched them (at least the first one so far) and they played Viva Las Vegas (the Elvis version). So I assume, right there, is why it was dropped. I want to say that in the second one, "Kevin" is driving in his car when Ares appears to mock him. I can only assume there's probably a song playing in the car.
