a lotta steady tv work. i've seen him on numerous shows i watch ie 24, dexter, boardwalk empire, etc. good for him!!

He was also very good on That 80s Show as the Dad. I know that show gets a lot of negativity as a generic ripoff of 70s Show, but Pierson was really funny on that show and I think they used his brand of humor to great effect. He displayed superb comic timing on that show!
