This show is so dirty.

Good show, but seriously, and I thought Married with Children was bad (in terms of raunchiness). The sexual jokes and humor in Unhappily ever After are so much more perverted then Married with Children. My question is, were you guys allowed to watch Unhappily ever After when you were a kid, or did you parents not allow you to? I didn't watch the show when I was young, but I do remember hearing the theme song frequently.

Yeah, I was allowed to watch it. Thankfully, I didn't have insane uptight freaks for parents.

I am *SO* thankful that I didn't have puritanical parents.

One time I slept over at my cousins house (they have christian parents, or at least they claim to be), and we started watching James Bond on TV (edited for TV, as usual), and even with the edited version, their father turned the channel and wouldn't let them watch it anymore. He just said "This isn't for children". So my cousins had to settle with watching "Little House on the Prairie" instead.

I just thought that household was one of the lamest I have had to associate with, and I am glad I didn't have to live with them.

I grew up watching James Bond on network TV. It was only recently that I actually watched the original versions on Netflix - I was blown away by how different they were. Fascinating mental illness these censors must have.

I watched it, probably because my parents had no idea this sitcom existed
