COOL CAT

This is a character created during the final years of Termite Terrace: a tiger who wears a beret and talks like a hippie, and was drawn in the Hanna-Barbera style.
He is always popping up as a cameo on this show, and I just can't figure out why!
He was never funny and only starred in a couple of cartoons.
At least, viewers on this show are spared any dialogue from his mouth.

Yeah, I can't figure out why the creators of this show were so fixated with this character either. Instead of a iconic Looney Tunes character like Bugs or Daffy they chose this obscure and disliked nobody to give a recurring cameo?
