When Tuvok tells Janeway what he really thinks of her command....

he was under some influence which led him to express what he really felt about her leadership. What episode was this?

I've heard that things between Janeway and Tuvok were never the same after that event?

"Meld" (s. 2, ep. 16) after he melded with Suder, who had killed another crewman

Janeway forgave him...the only time I recall her considering changing her level of trust in him was at the end of "Prime Factors," when he went against her orders/wishes, trying to trade for the technology

I've always wondered about Suder. Alone in the brig for yrs, maybe almost 6. Traveling thru time, other universes (I wonder if he was in the duplicate universe), strange planets (I wonder if he was replicated on The Demon Planet), the battles, the chases, The Borg (I'm surprised The Queen never approach him), the homecoming. To be imprisoned on a lost ship.

Suder died in Basics part 2, the first episode of the third season. So all the stuff the Voyager did from season 3 to the end, he wasn't apart of. As what McCoy always liked to say, "he's dead Jim".

He died. Also he was confined to his dorm room.
