Which was better?

Which do you think was better? Voyager before Seven of Nine? Or Voyager with Seven of Nine?

I have only seen Voyager with Seven of Nine. I can't imagine what it would be like without her.

With. She added some edge that was lacking among the "too good to be true" characters of this show.
Neelix was irritating.
Kes, while pleasant, was non-essential.
Chakotay, Paris, and Kim were just plain bland; all boy scouts, with Kim and Paris often acting adolescent.

Thank you Th3rdpwr.

I personally always liked Neelix. Tom Paris was the one I usually found annoying.

reply

Chakotay was the worst. 7 made the show more interesting too.

reply

With. Just 2 look at her!

I think the show itself was just as good before but I really love 7/9 with the Doctor. Episodes focusing on them trying to be more human are always enjoyable. Much like the TNG ones with Data doing the same. "What does it mean to be human" is one of the great philosophical questions.

It was better after season 4 but I include that the crew got better acting.

reply

Special effects got a lot better too.

reply

Think Voyager was better with 7of9 and the borg episodes

reply

Season two is one of my favourites but the show definitely got better after Seven.

reply

Definitely better with Seven. Aside from being interesting and having a good character development arc, she finally brought the rest of the crew out of their two dimensional shells.

Plus . . . well, you know . . . SPROING!!!
