I've always thought pinky was a boy mouse, but recently someone told me that pinky was a girl. I need to know, was pinky a girl or a boy, because he seems pretty confident that pinky was a girl.

It's quite interesting your friend thought Pinky was a girl, though, for he does have quite a high pitched voice and behaves sort of girly some of the time. While boys are usually serious, Pinky is almost always silly, which can be seen as a little more feminine.
