I know there was an episode where Pinky says he's really smart and he is sabotaging Brain's plans. Which episode is this? I can find the quote, but no clip or episode name.

That's because it doesn't exist. Theories about Pinky intentionally sabotaging the Brain have always been confined to the realm of fan speculation.

No, I quite vividly remember it on the TV show. They were doing an interview with Pinky or something like that. I also have seen the exact quote I remember on several Pinky and the Brain quote sites.

If that happened, it must have been on Animaniacs, rather than their own show.

It wasn't from an actual episode. It was from a Kids' WB! promo.
