I came across a PatB website and found a list of voice actors who have passed away after the end of the series. Let me know if you remember any of them.

1. John Vernon (1932-2005) as the admiral in "Das Mouse"
2. Roddy McDowall (1928-1998) as Snowball in "Snowball", "Welcome to the Jungle", "Brain Noir", "A Pinky and the Brain Halloween", "Brainwashed Part 2: I am Not a Hat" and "Brainwashed Part 3: Wash Harder"
3. Ernest Borgnine (1917-2012) as Brain's father in "The Visit"
4. Tony Jay (1933-2006) as the Egyptian priest in "The Mummy"
5. Steve Lndesberg (1936-2010) as Sigmund Freud in "Leggo my Ego"
6. Tony Pope (1947-2004) as the waiter in "Brain's Night Off"
7. Steve Allen (1921-2000) as himself in "The Pinky and the Brain Reunion Special"
8. Dr. Joyce Brothers (1927-2013) as herself in "The Pinky and the Brain Reunion Special"
9. Dick Clark (1929-2012) as himself in "The Pinky and the Brain Reunion Special"

Aww Roddy McDowell. What truly great guy. His great performances as Snowball in this show and Mad Hatter in Batman TAS showed he loved what he did

John Vernon was also in BTAS, he played Rupert Thorne. And a little off topic, but the Mr.Freeze actor died too. Sadly, a lot of classic FOX/WB actors died, from our childhoods.
