Help with identifying films (from stills)

In my attempt to create a complete list of the films shown & mentioned in this film I've run into a few that I can't indentify:

After Scorsese talks about The Cameraman, and before The Birth of a Nation Scorsese shows several clips that I assume are D.W. Griffith films. Some of them might from Birth of a Nation, but I don't think they all are:

After D.W. Griffith's Death's Marathon is shown, two clips from fantasy films are shown. This is in relation to Cabiria—which is followed by a lengthy discussion about Intolerance: Love's Struggle Throughout the Ages—so I think these are from Italian films:

I have cross-checked my list with the one found on here on IMDb (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0112120/trivia?tab=mc) and my list now contains every film on that list.
