don't quit while you're ahead...

Does anyone remember this episode of N&S: Ned is supposed to be trying to land this sneaker account and finally comes up with this bizarre commercial where a skeleton rips his skull off and uses it as a basketball to score a dunk. The slogan is "*shoe name* ; Don't quit while you're ahead"...and then the skeleton laughs. As I remember he didn't land the account...Does anyone know what season this is from or what episode?
