Duplicate disk

In my season 1 set disk 4 has the episodes from disk 6. I can't find a contact number for FOX so that I can get the disk replaced. Does anyone know how to contact FOX. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

This come a little late (it's only 6 years that you wrote this)..

But anyway - I think you should contact the place where you bought the DVD. They usually have contact infos for their merchendise.
